There are so many Israel tourist attractions, it can be hard to narrow down what it is you want to accomplish while you are there. With hundreds of areas ripe with history and religious importance, some of the other Israel attractions go unnoticed. It is likely you know exactly what types of biblical places you want to see, so keep in mind a few of these others when you are setting out to plan your trip.

There is an international film festival in Israel. When thinking of what to do in Israel, this is something that should at least make the list. You will be exposed to filmmaking from all over the world and you will find a totally new take on the medium. The Dead Sea area spas are a great hit. Look into a longer trip here and plan a relaxing day taking part in spa treatments specialized to the area. It is a great way to rejuvenate before the rest of your vacation or your trip home.

Music and food are also very important in Israel. While it doesn’t seem to cross the ocean like Italian or French, the truth is there are some amazingly creative chefs in the area. You can experience food and spices here like never before. There is so much new food to try and even local area wines, you will be shocked. You can pair this with some local area music and have a true Israeli experience, as it is a lovely country full of lovely people. Your appreciation for the culture will expand exponentially as you see what life is really like.
